במפעל הייצור של רמפל פלסטיקה אנו מייצרים מגוון מוצרי פרספקס. קו היצור המתקדם כולל מכונות לייזר ו-CNC בעזרתם מבצעים חיתוכים ממוחשבים, כרסומים, מדרגות, צריבות וחורים ברמת דיוק גבוהה ולפי דרישת הלקוח. תנורים ייעודיים מאפשרים לכופף את החומרים כיפופים מקומיים או כיפופים ברדיוס בתבניות הנבנות במיוחד לשם כך,

חיבורים או הכנות לחיבורים מבוצעים בעזרת טכנולוגיות שונות כגון הדבקות, הברזות, ברגים ועוד...

 

את הקנטים ניתן לעבד וליצור סוגים שונים של פאזות ובמידת הצורך ליטושם יוצר מראה מבריק חלק וגימור נאה, בסוף קו היצור אורזים את המוצר ומכינים למשלוח.
